The Salento region in southern Puglia provides ideal environmental conditions for organic farming.

High solar radiation during most of the year, combined with absolutely no rain in the summer and good ventilation,
make it possible to produce healthy grapes without the need for any pesticides or systemic chemicals.

This wine is produced using pre-harvest withering techniques.

It can concentrate grape components and enhance the aroma and flavor of ripe fruits.

Distinct aroma of ripe cherries and black cherries,

With spicy notes and hints of coconut and chocolate.

The wine has good structure, smooth tannins and a long finish with notes of ripe forest fruits.
