It blends the best of Puglia (Primitivo) with a famous Tuscan variety (Sangiovese) and the pearl of French red wine (Merlot).

After harvest, the grapes are dried and fermented at controlled temperatures, then macerated together with the skins. The wine matures first in barrels and then in the bottle.

On the palate, the wine also starts out sweet, with flavors of strawberries and currants, but gradually transitions to a dry finish with a long, impressive finish that reminds you of dark chocolate and oak barrels.

 

It pairs well with main dishes made from beef or lamb,

But it’s also a great companion to pasta.
