An intriguing history

The award-winning Silver Tequila comes from South America's oldest operating distillery, Jose Cuervo. This particular tequila dates back to 1758, when the King Ferdinand VI of Spain awarded Jose Antonio de Cuervo a piece of land in Mexico to cultivate agaves. Since then, the special blue agaves have been distilled and bottled without maturing to create this 38% vol. tequila. The Especial Silver Tequila edition offers a fresh and light flavour profile with an agave content of 51%.
